An excellent hotel for a stay on Giglio Island, just a short walk from the harbour. Our double room was a good size, with a private bathroom and a spacious shower, a wardrobe with a safe and a chest of drawers. Everything was clean and had all we needed. A generous, tasty breakfast and friendly staff. Recommended!

Hotel Bahamas is a really excellent B&B, with comfortable rooms and private bathrooms. Our room was spotless and had every amenity. Breakfast was excellent and generous, with both sweet and savoury options. The location is very central but slightly set back, so it is wonderfully peaceful and quiet, with a large car park. The family staff were always kind and helpful and carefully applied the excellent COVID precautions. I highly recommend it.

As I do every year, I spent a few days on Giglio Island at Hotel Bahamas in Giglio Porto. As well as being very close to the centre of the village, it is a lovely, welcoming and clean place with sea views. The rooms have every comfort, breakfast is excellent and plentiful, and the staff, starting with Paolo, are professional and always available. They make you feel at home. I cannot wait to return.

This was our first holiday on Giglio Island, and I was delighted to find such an excellent B&B at Hotel Bahamas, with comfortable accommodation and a breakfast to match. The room and bathroom were well furnished, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed: air conditioning, Wi‑Fi, a small fridge and a TV. Above all, they were exceptionally clean, as was the whole hotel. Breakfast was wonderful, with an excellent choice of sweet and savoury food. We came without a car, although the hotel has a large, convenient car park. Its central location, just metres from the harbour, ferry departure point and public transport, made it easy to get around and visit the island’s bays and coves. Our sincere thanks to Paolo and the family staff for their kindness and helpfulness, and special praise for the care taken in organising the COVID precautions. I hope to return soon.

We spent a lovely week at this hotel, which has an excellent position above Giglio’s harbour. Warm, friendly service, a generous and tasty breakfast, and a spacious room with a terrace and a beautiful view.

We returned last night from a week at this wonderful hotel, just a short walk from the ferry landing and the local bars and restaurants, but slightly set back from the flow of tourists, so it is very peaceful. The hotel is new, clean and well looked after. The beautiful, spacious terrace with sea views was ideal for morning exercises and relaxing in the evening before going up to our room. The owners are very courteous: Paolo is a true host, always attentive to his guests’ needs. His wife is kindness itself and welcomes you each morning in the bright breakfast room, together with her lovely colleague. The housekeeping team is excellent. All activities follow the COVID guidelines carefully. I am sure we will return to Hotel Bahamas and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay on Giglio, the pearl of the Tuscan Archipelago.
